Not exactly. There are no 'other' people. They are all mirrors of you. So if they are kings or drug lords you should be able to walk up to them and say "this is me". Everyone you see on the outside of you is part of you that exists in your unconscious.

Hard to say. Reality operates like light: sometimes it's a particle and sometimes its a wave. So at times it can be seen from the perspective of one collective reality and other times as 6 billion. But in that respect there's waaaay more than 6 billion because time doesn't exist and you unconsciously take other options in other realities.... and the choices you make here are just one set of probable realities. So 6 billion is quite small.

I'm going to vent some frustration here. Cuz many ask this question.
If you're learning something new (S-R), why would you pick such a hard situation to learn from? I mean, let me add Hitler and rape victims, those are favorites here.
Start simple, "I am creating my breakfast now". There's not much for you to argue with. When you get a bill in the mail, say "I am creating a bill now, or I am creating debt now."
Another level would be the weather, a bit tougher since we can agree with the current weather or not.
As soon as the mind starts talking about Hitler, rape victims, and child abuse... we hit a lot of reaction, a lot of polarity, and a lot of denial. You will never, ever get out of the reaction at the level you're at.
So be good to yourself, stay on an easier path and get used to being creator of your day-to-day activities. Modern schools don't teach calculus to grammar school students. It would make their heads explode. I know you want to figure it out and figure it all out now. I commend you on your enthusiasm in the forums and eagerness to seek answers.
Fooling with the tougher questions isn't going to serve you right now. You'll get it later, I promise.
