I've never worked for a lightworking company myself, but I think that Whole Foods is a good example of one. Full insurance benefits for all employees that work 30 hours a week.... the employees don't have to pay a monthly premium... the company covers it all. For a grocery store, decent pay to employees. And a true commitment to improving the world. The CEO of Whole Foods is very committed to Animal Welfare and has proved it in actions as well as words.
Logans Roadhouse is another one. A friend of mine works there. Their values are very in line with what Steve has listed, and according to her, they really do practice what they preach. |
