I would like to offer you a fair deal. My girlfriend and I help people with such problems. Helping the spirits cross over, exorcism etc. We both have years of experience.
I like what Mato Kinze and dream have suggested; they both have given you a highly valuable and powerful advice. Yet, from our experience, help sometimes doesn't seem to be coming, at least not in a way we would desire.
One of the reasons may be that we are meant to learn something more from that situation. Or that the spirit needs to understand something before it may cross over. Normally, this is the task of higher beings - the spirit guides, angels... But in some cases human help is required too.
And this is where, under certain circumstances, we are allowed to step in and help the person or the spirit or both to understand what they are meant to understand. And only then the spirit may freely move on.

Since you don't know us and we cannot simply ask you for your trust, we will do the work for you. And if the problems stop, you will send me books and / or CDs of my choice in the value of USD 80, since overseas money transfer is very expensive.
In case, it won't help, which is very unlikely but we leave the results of our work to God, i.e. we can't guarantee anything, you will not pay us anything.
Our normal price is much higher but when we do some work for people we don't know, my girlfriend always tunes in the financial situation of the person, not to ruin them. And in your case (3 small children and one steady income only), we can offer this.
Please, bear in mind that such work usually takes 5 - 7 hours. And because I make a complete written record of the process, it also needs translation which takes another several hours of work. The report usually is 15 - 20 pages long. I believe that one single hour of consultation with a psychologist would be quite futile and cost far more.
