I'm curious to see what kind of employees your company will attract. Will they be of the highest level of formal education holding MBAs, BAs, MSs, PhDs, or will they be non-college going self-made personal development gurus.
I'm also interested in seeing how many remote jobs you will offer, other than webmaster duties as you previously mentioned.
