Short answer is no, multiple intentions will not interfere with eachother unless they are created that way. ie. if you set an intention to find a girlfriend/boyfriend and at the same time an intention to enjoy the single life, they would be counter productive.
Other then that, you can set mutliple intentions at once no problem.
