I'd check out some of the many web 2.0 type services. BackPack offers free service (
www.backpackit.com). I do a lot of what you describe in the Planzo web based calender service (
www.planzo.com). Plenty of options out there--just do some research. I'll track down a link to a directory of web 2.0 services and I'd be surprised if you can't find something you like.
