Emotion, although a tool is part of the parcel that comes into this life with us as a gift from our higher self/intuition to help us make sense of the contrasts that come to us in our daily life. Just keep being guided to what makes you feel wholesome and good. Always choose thoughts that make you feel your very best. How do I know this stuff works in that way? Just from practicing it. If you don't believe me ,test it for yourself. That little voice in your deep consiousness is worth working with. It is my experience that I feel closest to my true self when I feel good. Pretty simple really.
