I practiced Aikido very hard for 3 years. That was some years ago!

The thing is that there is no way to learn by watching videos. This martial art is difficult because it is based on technique, where precision is needed.
To achieve this level of technique, you need to feel how the body moves and how you can control those movements. The only way to get this feeling is by practicing with someone.
An important thing about Aikido is to learn how to fall down and how to receive the Aikido techniques. You will only learn this by allowing somebody to practice with you.
I love Aikido.
