One glass? Maybe not... But my personal experience:

Several years ago, by unfortunate course of events, I was forced to live on dairy products for a few days. It turned me into a mucus production machine. I coughed and snuffled out inordinate amounts of mucoidal gunk for the entire week afterwards. I won't even mention how badly I broke out with acne because that would have been a horror story.

So, basically, overdoing dairy might be bad.
