What is it about meat/dairy that gives you the heavy feeling?
You guys know what I'm talking about. That really heavy feeling you get after you wolf down a frozen pizza. The one that leaves you immobile for at least an hour. I want to avoid this feeling like the plague, because it makes me really inefficient and I'm wondering what is it in meat/dairy that does it to you? Is it the fat, cholesterol, or something else?
