Default Making Faces

I've heard many practitioners based in Reichian Therapy recommend making faces. One called it "breaking up the mask." The idea behind it was that we have habitual faces we tend to unconsciously make most of the time. The face has an expression it tends to "set" in. The exercise was intended to provide more awareness and freedom. Anthony Robbins calls this "facial aerobics."
