You misunderstood what I was saying...if you're emitting love, you're attracting it at exactly the same moment, it flows both ways at the same time. If you're emitting fear, you're attracting those vibrations of fear, it is flowing both ways at the same time.

If you're talking about what Esther said, I believe her exact words were that you can pinch it off a bit...that is different from cutting it off completely, something which I personally believe is impossible!
