I already ran into my first bump in the vegetarian road...
Our cafeteria at work here usually has veggie platters with hummus but they were all out today. My next best choice was a salad, but those included shredded cheese, along with 1/2 a hard boiled egg and little bits of ham. I picked off as much of the cheese & ham as possible but I ate the egg.
This could be a little harder than I imagined...
It's probably best if I just start packing my own lunch. A big romaine salad with lots of other veggies is all I really need for lunch.
