I have started using Morgana Rae's workbook last week and find it really helpful so far. It makes you record any little success you had. Sometimes it's hard to come up with five successes per day to fill in all the blanks. But this way they will be remembered and you will be able to look them up in the future. On Sundays I decide for the five priorities of the next week and note challenges, opportunities etc. For me it's easier than to journal which I tend to forget after a while. Blank spaces staring at you in the workbook are a bigger incentive to keep going.
