That shows my previous point. Lightworkers have the same potential for corruption/deception/abuse of powers as darkworkers. The reasons for it will be completely different, but the outcome is the same.
On the other hand, darkworkers have the same potential as lightworkers for being ethical, productive, beneficial to society as lightworkers - for completely different reasons. For example, I (as a darkworker leaning person) aim to be ethical, to never lie, to always treat others fairly because I believe it will get me much more then trying to cheat and lie to others.

That's a very fair point.
My examples were intended to illustrate, however, that once a lightworker attains both power and love, and then combine it with wisdom, he will see the uselessness of murder and violence and so on. A lightworker using tools of oppression is acting out of extreme ignorance and lack of wisdom. Eventually this will be corrected.
A darkworker may start as an ethical person, but there will come times when he is free from even remote reprisal and he knows it. At this point, in order to maintain his polarization, he will have to gladly and gushingly brutualize others - especially if he has attained the wisdom to realize that stopping lightworkers from achieving their own personal development will increase his power by creating more denizens that he can dominate.
A darkworker must eventually come to face his role as dominator, saboteur and aggressor towards lightworkers and unpolarized people in order to take every action possible to increase his potential for power.
Conversely, a lightworker will polarize more and more towards self sacrifice and acts of good, as he becomes wiser and more powerful.
But I do agree with your point that either side can act out of ignorance and do things which we wouldn't normally associate with that polarity.
