I don't really know the answer to that. Right now I am starting with "The Dive" which is only 30 minutes in length. I listen to "The Dive" by itself for 14 days and then add "Immersion" which is also 30 minutes in length so the whole meditation would be 1 hour. This lasts for about four months at which point you move to another level. I don't know what happens in other levels.
