Ignore it unless you yourself start the 'communication'. It's simple, you feel your control is being interuptted and you are hooked because you think you are getting something from it so you keep it going by staying open to it. Close off to it completely. Write down everything they tell you. Sit in a room and attempt to ilicit one of these 'intrusions' with a tape recorder and/or a video camera placed around you. Or stay with voices in your head that no one else can hear. Or possibly have a friend who is a psychic connect with you on a spiritual level and use some sort of 'homing technique' to find where it is coming from. Options, options, options.
