Hello all, this is my first post, great forum from what I've seen!

Whenever I meditate and focus on my cleansing the chakras, I have trouble with my third eye being overly active (or so I think). For some reason when my eyes are closed and I meditate, my forehead starts throbbing my eyes begin to flicker. If I focus on this, it gets more and more intense...then finally if I really let it continue I will hear a crackling/static noise.

Any thoughts or suggestions on what this is?
