You probably don't remember your dreams because you aren't interested in their content. Seriously, though, if you decide you want to start remembering them, it's every easy. Tell yourself before you go to bed that you'll remember your dreams and that will help. You can also set an alarm to go off in the middle of the night, hopefully while you are dreaming, because when you are interrupted from a dream it's easier to remember.
