After I went into my first trance, I had four or five consecutive nightmares, all about the negative things in life that have been bothering me.
In the trance, we were to find the spot that holds all our knowledge. For me, it was a dusty, old, disorganized library. The instructor asked his to make it as we wanted to see it. I changed it to an organized modern city library. Then we were to find the spot that had our knowledge of communication. For me, it was a glass room with a single door. We were to make it as open as possible. I ended up visualizing it in the middle of the library, no walls or doors around it.
The nightmares only came one night. After that, it's been good dreams
