Good way to describe what is really going on, however the divine intervention part leaves me wondering.
By admiting there is a divinity that can change things or stop things happening implies that ultimately there is something bigger than us (which I accept) that can control us at will (which I don't accept)
That takes away total and full responsibility for us, it means that at anytime for any reason you lose control, therefore you never have control at all.
SR is too hard for me to accept (I don't want to be God) but your explaination is a good one that helps me understand what other people really are to me.
I see the higher power as a system without bias, more like a non AI computer program rather than a purposeful entity that has control at will.
