I've been thinking a lot recently about who lightworkers are and if they take care of themselves. The conclusion I came to is that they do and should take care of themselves (diet, weight, health, appearance, environment, etc.)

I think some people would get the impression that lightworkers may neglect themselves because they put others before them. To the contrary, I think they would take special care of themselves. Not getting too spiritual, but I think the real person (spirit or soul) is seperate from the physical body (the flesh). Most people would agree that initially it doesn't feel too good to give at first (like money, things, time, etc.). The same thing applies if you give to your flesh (I mean really give to your flesh). Most people agree that it is hard to exercize and to force yourself to eat the right foods (veggies and fruit) at first. It is almost like you are giving to yourself because it is a sacrifice.

Usually when you are selfish you are doing what makes you feel good instantly. I know for me shoving cake down my throat is a good start. I know being a vegetable in front of the couch as well is pretty easy for me to do. For some people, smoking and drinking is the easy thing for them to do. They are really taking from self in order to satisify their hurt soul or to "feel them up" spiritually.

It is important to dress well and present yourself well in public. I use to think that it was for me, but now I realize it is giving to others as well as me to have good etiquette. When I keep myself clean and keep myself looking good, I am saying, "I care about what YOU think". When we are married, sometimes we let ourselves go. I've started to realize that this is very selfish. The same thing applies to when we increase our education and learn new things. Yes, we can be doing this to enhance our lives. However a lightworker sees it as something else he will be able to bring and to give others.

Lightworkers take care of themselves and feel themselves up in order that they can give and give.
