Chaos magick is a system of magick whereby you complete your magickal workings by adopting perspective or beliefs that are useful and with no need to continue believing it afterwards. It is far more complicated than that, and is really only one model to look at magick, but perhaps the most powerful.

chaos magick would fall under the meta model.
basically, for me, chaos magick involves sigilizing (or creating a visual symbal or chanted mantra) that encodes a statement of intent. i then enter a highly charged state, such as through meditation, drugs, or exercise while focusing intently on this sigil. then i dont worry about it and my intent should manifest.
this has worked for me, some situations with more or less success. I have used sigilization to ask for the following things, and they have manifested.
when i conduct chaos magick, or get into a magickal mood, i adopt the belief that these results can be attributed to magick (this is one of many paradigm shifts). day to day i dont know if i believe in magick or not, depends on the day i guess. Lately, i havent been casting sigils or focusing on magick, which may explain that which i manifested is not 100% successfull. Anyway, what i have manifested is a prestigious internship (which i find im not enjoying very much lately), increase my grades, and a couple of one night stands (i actually sigilized both the desire to get with a lot of girls and also to discover girlfriend caliber women which hasnt happened yet). I also made it stop raining one day so i could make the most of a friday night, even though the forecast was for a downpour and it had started drizzling.
I have also done another magickal operation which is supposedly dangerous. it is called creating a tulpa or thoughtform entity. for a period i had a high degree of success (if you could call it that) with this. sometimes magickal thinking will make u feell like you are losing your [rational] mind.
i find the best way to charge sigils is using stimulants or exercise. but i also prefer excitory states of consciousness to inhibitory states.
