Your post made me laugh. I wanted to say, "Maybe they want to fire
you for not listening to them."
But seriously...
"If I have them as well..." is a sign to me that you are not in contact with them consciously. Right? You gotta check in with your guides to get their messages. Otherwise all they can do is try to spiritually nudge you in the right direction. But if you don't pick up the clues they have to throw their hands up and try again.
