*Hug* If we were aware of the truth, we would not be upset or angry. You could call it the truth...or you could call it changing your perspective.... like they are just human not perfect, and since what they said was not even true why feel upset about it? Every one has a right to their own opinion but not to abuse or harass another, and abuse and harassment is typically irrational or untrue.

& Also sometimes what causes hurt is assuming someone meant something in an aggressive or hurtful way when they were genuinely trying to help or tell what they think is truth to you.
