visualize two dials, one labeled "Me" and one labeled "Others." see the "Me" dial turn up to 10 and the "Others" dial turn down to 0.
i remember she wrote about changing her chakra size to something small instead of the size of a basketball.
visualize a big zipper going up your energy and zip it up.
visualize or 'install' mirrors around you, so anything sent in your direction is reflected back without judgment.
see a sign on your forehead that says, "No, thank you. Return to sender."
take deep breaths anytime you start to notice you are taking on things that aren't yours, as it is often less common to take place if we are fully grounded and deep breathing has a grounding effect.
