i have days like that. Normally a few things go wrong or something that I thought would work didnt. I find the best way to resolve it is to do something that can't fail, like "buy bread and milk" or "wash the dishes". I find starting and doing stuff like this gets me through the hump and starts me off on the right direction again.
Of course, sometimes i don't want to do this, and then I have a few choice phrases that get uttered and I write off the rest of the day. I'm sure tomorrow you'll get back on track.
