I don't necessarily mean proven in the scientific sense but merely something I can experience in one way or the other.
By what I've read here about the book I imagine the practical aspects of it will still be useful to me though. (will comment on that once I finish that part of the book)
I'm just tired of writers that try to bust my paradigms with systems I have to take on faith.
