I didn't see results for about 3-4 weeks. My sleep was only slightly better after 2-3 weeks. Once I started gobbling spirulina - around 10g/day - things started kicking in.
It's strange how some people see results overnight, and some take weeks. I think I read in one of Aaron's posts over at PI that it's about a week or so on average.
I'm only on the success 1 module, so I can't really report on any other physical changes, but at 10:25 every night, I feel a tidal wave of exhaustion rush over me. And at 6:30 or so, my eyes pop open. I'm not exactly leaping out of bed yet, but I don't need the alarm anymore.
