This is definitely no scheme - there is some schemey stuff if you look for it! You can find criticism for Scheinfeld out there, and you can read that and grab onto it if you wish. I'd suggest reading the book & doing the process for a while, first - your own 30-day trial. Open-mindedly give it a go. Instead of forming an opinion with no basis, I decided to read the book for myself. I'm only 5 chapters in but I'm very impressed wth the book and I understand what everyone is talking about
