Has anyone considered the practical considerations of simply manifesting $1 million out of thin air?
Until recently, the banking laws required that every deposit of $10K or higher be reported to the government. Under the Patriot Act the amount has been lowered to $5K. I think.
So imagine what would happen if $1 million suddenly appeared in your bank account or you arrived at the teller's cage with it in a bag.
Think of all the alarm bells that would go off.
