My first lucid dream? I realized I was dreaming, realized I could control the dream, and proceeded to shamelessly conjure my biggest crush from high school & make out with him. I also dreamed up a nice landscape of really pretty flowers & walked around for awhile before I woke up.
I'm always very aware that I'm in my unconscious body when I first realize I'm dreaming. First I'm aware of my body in the real world, lying there unmoving, and then I go back to the dream. If I become TOO aware of my body, I wake up.
