DangerMan also signed up and watched his first "theater" yesterday -- he really WANTS to have results, and is, in his words, "leaning in to it."
This morning he said he slept somewhat better, and woke up at exactly 6am straight up (which was the desired time he specified in his profile). He said he felt a little sick to his stomach just as he was drifting off to sleep. Other than that, nothing so far.
I've been getting a weird feeling in my stomach, too, but I wouldn't describe mine as "sick" -- it comes when I'm making a decision about food or drink, and it feels like something is kind of twisting away from unhealthy choices, and even alcohol. It was unusual for me not to want to order a beer yesterday out in the hot sun. I've been craving vegetables, but my normal urge for sweets is nowhere to be found. Also I've got much more of an urge to choose water than any other drink. Despite drinking lots of water (3 liters a day), I feel thirsty all the time.
By the way, I've lost 2.5 pounds since I started on Wednesday.
