Good luck with this. I think it's a great plan.
(And before you ask, here are the reasons)
I like the idea of grading. It's a nice easy objective way to measure how succesuful you are at sticking to the plan.
It also looks like a nicely balanced program.
Just some advice on the two things I know.
If you haven't been exercising much, be careful not to try to do too much out of the gate. Rather be consistent that do so much the first day that you're too sore to do anything and miss the next three days.
The second thing is the piano. I hated arpeggios and scales, but I found something that works just as well for limbering up you fingers, and doesn't require that you sit in front of the piano. Try looking for some Magician's finger exercises, normally performed with a number of balls, but I know there are some around with coins as well. These will do just as much for you hands as the scales, and you don't need to worry about getting the fingering wrong. I'll have a hunt around for some more info if you're interested.
