Perhaps you are either having hallucinations of some sort or you can hear things from "the other side"... This may not be as bad as you think it is, I'd try to get anwers if I were you, it is maybe your guides trying to contact you or discussing about you. It could actually be a lot of things, it doesn't mean someone is playing tricks on you or that it's bad !

You could maybe try to focus, ask questions and see if you get answers
