Okay, then I would definitely say:
Put your attention on what you would rather be doing if you weren't surfing the 'net. If you make your focus "dealing with internet addiction" you're
still spending all your time focussed on the internet!
Go out and visit friends everyday. Study for tests. Read. Do what you want to do. If you have time left over for internet after all that, what's the harm?
