Thanks all, Im there now. Its not as bad as I expected to be here (from a comfort point of view) but there is danger here.

I am actually quite scared of some of the things I will be doing, one of these is tomorrow morning and Im beating myself up for having some pretty bad thoughts.

I really need to bring my vibration back up, Ive developed a strong fear of dying the last few days and need to do something that will remove this. I am going to do some tapping (in a room with 3 other people so will do it in the shower hehe).

Does anyone have any good ideas on something that may help? Maybe mantras or something.

I know there are thousands of people throughout the the world and throughout history that have lived healthily and happily through situations that would increase the exposure to certain fears and I owuld really like to emulate them.

Also could anyone recommend some good books to read that could be 'warming' for someone in a place like this.

(I would like to add that certain fears aside, I am very grateful for the opportunity to learn about myself and be in a good place to increase my intuition and emotional mastery)
