In the spirit of accountability, New Year's resolutions (today (18th) was Islamic New Year in Egypt), etc, I have written myself a Boot Camp program.
Dec 19 - Jan 12th (allowing 4 days for possible trip away over usual New Year or other extended social events)
Aims: to make a step change in a number of areas by Jan 12th (of personal significance

)
I have detailed checklists at home but these boil down to approx:
Appearance 1 hr per day
Health (exercise) 1.5 hr per day
Home routines 1 hr per day
Decluttering 1 hr per day (includes major declutter of 3 laptops, 2 ext HDs and numerous USB Flash drives plus the last remaining horror draw in my flat)
Arabic 1 hr per day MIN (depending on CD or book chapter length)
Piano 0.5 hr per day (learn 1 new piece and finish another piece over the 3 weeks)
Work 2 hr per day MIN (coaching, bookwriting, websites for friend)
Other 1 hr per day MIN (rotating schedule of home, work, health etc items)
Ho hum, I already feel exhausted looking at that!
So that's 8 hours out of a notional 16 free hours a day (

) with time allocations.
Emails, forums, blogs and all that palaver have to occur outside that time.
7+ hours will get A
6-7 B
5-6 C
4-5 D
3-4 E
2-3 F
1-2 G
0-1 H
Sickness genuinely preventing action -> day excluded.
Can I be an A student in this one
