Hang in there. Just stay with your habit. The arc of change will work for you over the long haul.
I started on 10-31-2009. It's 12-17-2009 now, and my energy is a lot better BUT my stool is still not as it should be. Also if I take a smoothie most of the time I need to go to the bathroom right afterwards... that doesn't seem right. I also hope to find something else with a lot of calories from carbs than bananas... I eat 8 - 10 bananas each day, and that is a little much I think.
