Kinesiology/calibration is a very useful tool. Unfortunately I don't know how to do it consistently myself, but in his other book Truth vs. Falsehood (basically, a book full of calibrations) he lists many notable calibrations, especially of spiritual teachers and teachings, that are very useful. Do you have any idea how you go about getting calibrated? I Think it would be interesting to see where I stand at this stage of my adventure.
