It's a big change, Majesticzero... and IME, although ultimately the change increases your energy, at first it really tends to make you fatigued because (my interpretation, after having gone on and off a number of times...) you're body seems to say: "Okay, sit tight... thanks for giving us all these great nutrients and Life Force to work with... clearly you want us to get to work here, so, that's what we're gonna do. You just lie down, take it easy, don't overdue things... we're gonna use all the energy available to clean, detox, build, heal, declutter, reorganize... whatever we can get done with all the good stuff you've sent our way!"
That's what I hear, anyway...
Hang in there. Just stay with your habit. The arc of change will work for you over the long haul.
