You're most certainly right

but I have been doing some very heavy smoking, for years, and most of the time, I would drink as well, with friends... so this was quite a mixture as you may guess, this wasn't the occasional "sleep well" joint... perhaps why it was so strong. I could feel the damage I was doing to myself in the end.
