Interesting discussion. I did not know that SP was connected to Astral projections. I have been getting SP since childhood and it always terrifies me. So I guess if I am hoping to Astral Project some day, I will have to overcome the fear of SP.
It does not occur so frequently now a days. What has been happening lately is I am in a half-asleep state and I feel a presence. I wake up and there is no one. Sometimes it frightens me, sometimes I am curious.
