Daydreaming is not bad if you can control the helm wheel.
The problem I see is that probably you may want to escape from some reality.
Did you have a continued harsh family situation that led you to disconnect from the world?
Try using arts for daydreaming.
Do not try to show your artistic work to people during the first years.
