My psych professor mentioned today that the MBTI generally isn't given until one is at least 18, and that even into one's early 20s the types are a little unstable, as one's identity is still being formed. I imagine that for people that go through a lot of personal growth throughout their entire lives, the types might always change a bit. Personally I've cycled through a few of them over the past several years, from INFP to INTJ, then right on the line of ENFP and ENTP, and for now, consistently ENTP, though aspects of the other profiles still fit me. No point in limiting myself to the positive qualities of only one type
