I read the article and find the concept fascinating. It makes sense to me. Consider the way encouraging other people is supposed to be an indirect way of encouraging yourself. Some law of the universe allows you to reinforce the positive or learning in yourself and influence others at the same time. As you evolve to see yourself connected to people on different planes, then it makes sense to believe healing yourself is also a way to invite healing in others.
People will also promote or inspire healing by example. Consider spiritual retreats, alcoholics anonymous groups, and mothers against drunk driving (MADD) events. In many of these cases, people are inspired in the presence of someone who has lived and learned. However, even hearing about stories of people who overcome addiction and other problems can trigger a change of attitude and mindset in complete strangers who have never attended a meeting. Forums and blog participants and people who simply read about issues described by others, can send a prayer and positively influence the outcomes of strangers' lives. We aren't meant to always understand how we touch other lives. When good things do unfold, it could be angels or Higher Forces intervening, or it could be the wish of a stranger who intended or invited abundance and positive things our way. Be thankful.
