Here's a tip. Lately I've been using Su.pr to add my posts to Twitter and Stumbleupon. The funny thing is that Su.pr (owned by Stumbleupon) is actually inviting you to thump up your own post. Every time I do this I get a nice jump in traffic (100+) from Stumbleupon.
