Sorry I won't be off help at all, because I am working on concentrating better as well. But What I have narrowed it down to is a better diet and meditation and lots of practice. Like every minute of the day observing where your mind is and bringing it back. Think of it like a child and that you must keep track of if you don't want any problems.
But I am curios, what type of problems do these softwares help you solve?
