I get that quite a bit too. Most of my life energy has long been focused on growing beyond any limitations a person may think they have, and when people are around me I often inadvertently help them stretch themselves quite a bit, showing them things they'd have never known otherwise, both within and without, not consciously even meaning to. Often it's very fun, but still it can be unnerving for non-ENTP's to suddenly have their security blanket of mediocrity whisked away, even if it's replaced with a magic carpet.
I generally operate with the sense that virtually no one else sees the world as I do, that when a person is with me, they'll experience things they likely never would otherwise, and thus I'm generally very confident in my interactions, and some very intriguing people are drawn to all of that, at least for a while. Overall I like to play, and the world is a great place for it. It's preferable to leave people with positive experiences, but perhaps even an orgasm can be overwhelming and even scary if one isn't ready for it

ENTP Profile
“In terms of their relationships with others, ENTPs are capable of bonding very closely and, initially, suddenly, with their loved ones. Some appear to be deceptively offhand with their nearest and dearest; others are so demonstrative that they succeed in shocking co-workers who've only seen their professional side. ENTPs are also good at acquiring friends who are as clever and entertaining as they are. Aside from those two areas, ENTPs tend to be oblivious of the rest of humanity, except as an audience -- good, bad, or potential.”
“ENTPs are nothing if not unique. Brave new associations flow freely from the unconscious into the world of the living. Making, discovering and developing connections between and among two or more of anything is virtually automatic. The product of intuition is merely an icon of process; ENTPs are in the business of change, improvement, experimentation.”
ps: the poll software only allows 15 options, and ENTP/ENFP seems like a fine mix to get all 16 types in
