particle and call that good enough?

But yeah, it's probably better to just say that I 'exclude' all things termed spiritual and leave it that way. At the same time however, those things that are termed as 'spiritual', from your point of view, exist in my reality as well. It's for the same reason I emphasized particle above (and got rid of 'wave', as you'll see in many physics texts).
